I can’t seem to get the RUiXU server rack batteries to communicate with my EG4 6000xp. The monitor software doesn’t recognize the number of batteries or the battery capacity. I’ve found bits and pieces of information all over the internet but no place with a concise, instructions on how and what to set for everything to work properly
