Got a 30kw ,worth of batteries. came in shipping really well,I am impressed which is the way it's made actually.the nuts came pre installed for you to mount your each battery too.really impressed with this so far. it 's a really good product.
After 12 years they were used up so I researched Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries for a number of months before finally deciding on Ruixu batteries.
I exchanged many emails with the sales person Rachel Wang who always replied quickly and thoroughly with no high pressure sales tactics. Added my 2nd 30kWH rack to my powerhouse. Have all 12 batteries communicating with my master inverter, everything looks great so far!
I was very reluctant to place an order with Ruxiu. Rachel put me at easy with her quick response to any questions that I had. My 30kw battery bank arrived in less that a week from my order date. Everything was packaged excellent and it arrived in showroom condition and no missing parts. The rack is awesome and came completely assembled. I am 71 so it was a little difficult to load the batteries, but I managed without any issues. I plugged into my Growatt and things fired right up. Great company.
