Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is anything worthwhile. Our Lithi2-16 project was initiated one year ago, it started as Lithi2-14.3 with the initial goal of creating a dream battery that would meet all users' needs with the utmost rigor. It needed to have the most reliable performance, the most convenient operation, and an appearance that could catch everyone the eye, all while showcasing our capabilities and becoming the flagship product of the RuiXu family.
Prototype version 1:
BMS is the brain of any LiFePO4 battery bank, we chose the BMS's overcurrent capability of 200A to meet the demand for higher power. then the process of exterior design and structural construction started, we overturned over ten design schemes, internal structural optimizations, component selections... After finalizing the structure, we began prototyping. Below is our first version video.
Prototype version 2:
Subsequently, we attempted to experience the product from the user's perspective and thereby discovered some issues: messy wiring, less intelligent display screen, insufficient brightness of RUiXU circle SOC indicator, and safety concerns with the handles during transportation. These issues led to the R&D team having multiple meetings to discuss new solutions.
As a result, we reorganized the wiring harness, opting for copper bars with higher reliability. the 4-inch display screen was upgraded to 5.3 inches for a clearer visual experience. Electrocoating technology was applied to the battery case.

Electrocoating, also known as electrostatic coating, e-coating, or electrophoretic deposition (EPD), is a process used to apply a protective coating to a metal substrate. It involves the deposition of a paint or resin onto a conductive surface through the use of an electric field. The electrocoating process is widely used in the production of automotive body shells.
Prototype version 3:
Perfluorohexane Module and Self-heating functions: based on feedback from the marketing, Perfluorohexane Module, and self-heating functions were added during the improvement process. A perfluorohexane module improves fire protection inside the battery pack for both electrical lines and cells, self-heating function can keep your battery charged in cold temperatures.
Prototype version 4:
Throughout the entire process of product design and prototyping, we keep testing the highly successful 314Ah battery cells already applied in the market. According to our speculations, high-capacity battery cells will have a larger market and trend in home energy storage applications. Meanwhile, we are also very pleased with the test results of the 314Ah battery cells. Ultimately, we chose to use 314Ah battery cells that have already passed the UL9540 certification to make our final version sample. The model name was upgraded from Lithi-14.3 to Lithi-16.
