I also would like to get an answer on this. I have a 6000xp and 4 RUIXU RX-LFP48100 batteries. I have the master battery with pin 6 in the up position and the Inverter Battery Type set to Lithium and Lithium Type set to 6. The Inverter will establish communication but will work for a while and then will lose comms and will cut power. then will come back on for a while and cut power. Is there a firmware update for the batteries to make comms more stable between batteries and the EG4 Inverter?
Now the inverter shows the correct amount of batteries in parallel 4, but is not sending the correct AH to the inverter. It's showing 200ah instead of 400ah.
